Day One
The first day is all about developing your music.
You'll spend the day exploring guitar concepts, refining your playing, developing your songwriting, and building the foundation for your song. Throughout the day, Jedd will share the same creative approach he uses as a songwriter, producer, and session musician, giving you an inside look at the decisions that shape great records.
Day Two
The second day is dedicated to bringing your song to life.
You'll return to the studio to complete the writing process before recording your song with a full professional production. Your session can include drums, bass, guitars, and other instrumentation as needed, creating a recording that captures your vision.

This 90-minute, one-on-one, in-person session is focused on targeted growth in your guitar playing. Whether you play electric or acoustic, the lesson is tailored to your goals, addressing technique, tone, phrasing, and musical decision-making in a practical, real-world context. This is a working session designed to help you move forward with clarity and intention.

Private Songwriting Session
This two-hour, one-on-one songwriting session is focused on writing together in real time. You may bring a new idea or an existing song, and the session centers on developing the writing while building a thoughtful guitar framework to support it. While the song may not be fully completed, you will leave with the idea clearly developed or with meaningful final refinements in place.

Songwriting & Guitar Intensive
This full-day, private working session is dedicated to writing a complete song from start to finish. You will arrive with an idea, whether that is a title, melody, lyric, or progression, and spend the day shaping the song’s structure, lyrics, melodies, and guitar parts in real time. You leave Nashville with a finished song, a deeper understanding of the creative process, and a clear framework you can apply to future work.

Situated in Nashville, this 90-minute one-on-one guitar session is focused on targeted growth in your playing. Whether you play electric or acoustic, the session is tailored to your current level and specific goals, with an emphasis on practical technique, musical decision-making, and real-world application.
The session is led by Jedd Hughes, who has played on records for Parker McCollum, Dierks Bentley, Little Big Town, Miranda Lambert, Sarah Jarosz, Rodney Crowell, Lainey Wilson, Sierra Ferrell, Vince Gill, and Ryan Bingham. Located in Nashville, this two-hour session will focus on writing a song together and building a unique accompanying guitar architecture. We may not be able to finish the entirity of the song but you will leave with the idea fleshed out or even a song that you brought might get the final touches.
The session is led by Jedd Hughes, whose songwriting credits include work with Keith Urban, Tim McGraw, Sarah Jarosz, Guy Clark, Rodney Crowell, Randy Rogers, Wade Bowen, Parker McCollum, and Kenny Chesney. Jedd has written songs on multiple Grammy Award-winning projects.

Private Songwriting and Guitar Intensive - All Day
We begin at 10 a.m. with a working session focused on one goal: finishing a song. You’ll arrive with an idea, whether that is a title, melody, lyric, or progression, and we’ll spend the day developing it into a complete, fully realized piece of music.
The session is hands-on and intensive. We shape the song’s structure, refine lyrics and melodies, and build intentional guitar parts that serve the song. Decisions are made in real time with professional guidance throughout the day.
